Yes, we have delivery warranty in the form of refunding money or resending the package to countries or states where Kratom is legal. This warranty is also depending on the courier you use (details on the next question).

1. DHL

Delivery using DHL will have guarantee and refund as long as Kratom is legal in your countries/states/cities. The only exception for this guarantee and refund are deliveries to these 4 places:

• New York
• California
• Oregon
• Canada

These 4 places can have the warranty by ordering minimal 300kg and paying additional charge of $1.6/kg.

2.  Air and Sea Cargo

Air and sea cargo offers delivery warranty for all countries and states where Kratom is legal. Cargo option is available for order above 300kg and the price has included the tax fee.

Using other couriers outside of DHL and air or sea cargo wouldn’t receive delivery warranty in any forms.

Yes, we offer guarantee or refund in the form of money or resending the package if the package you receive is not up to the standard we stated before (i.e. free from microorganism and heavy metals).

Each package will weigh exactly 1 kilogram or around 2.2 lbs.

You need to buy in bulk to get the special price. A bulk at Borneohale is buying at least 20kg or 1 full box. If you plan to buy that much or more, please contact our sales representative to discuss the price.

Yes, you will receive exactly the same product as the one in the picture. The only
difference is the package will be without our brand label. It’s done with the understanding that most of our customers are vendors who will resell our product.

We wouldn’t put any branding on the package other than the product identification on the right, bottom corner. This is done to make things easier for our customers as well as to make sure the delivery process is trouble-free.

Please note that the color of the powder might differ on each batch due to the weather, drying process, and the Kratom leaves.

Yes, all of our products are tested for Mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine content level along with microbial safety: E. Coli, Salmonella, Yeast and Mold as well as heavy metals: lead, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium. These things are done to ensure that our customers will receive the best quality products and are safe from any preventable harms.

There is no certain standard for Mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine content level in general. However, Borneohale has the commitment to meet our customers expectations as best as we could. That’s why, we always perform lab tests for every batch of our product before sending it to the customers.

While we  always strive to give the best, the result of the lab test will differ from one laboratory to the other. For this reason, we hope that you can give some understanding if there are certain incompatibilities of the lab test results when you are doing your own test. At Borneohale, we use third party laboratory services.

Simply put, Kratom strains vary depending on how the leaf is dried, fermented or not, and blended with other strains or not. As every Kratom strain has different alkaloid profiles, the effects on each user can also be different.

Borneohale provides Kratom in three different types: powder, crushed leaf, and extracts. The powder is simple to take as it will dissolve into water, tea, or other beverages quite easily. It depends. If you are traveling to a location where Kratom is not considered a scheduled or controlled substance, then yes, you can travel with Kratom. You should do your research on where it’s legal and where it isn’t. 

Traditionally, the native in Southeast Asia take Kratom by chewing the leaves. However, this method is certainly not suitable for people who have low tolerance of bitterness. Another option that is available is to mix the powder into beverages or foods. Basically, Kratom can be mixed together with almost any food (e.g. pasta, cake, sandwich) or drink (e.g. milkshake, tea, coffee, juice).

A standard dose of Kratom is about 2.5 grams. This amounts to roughly one level
teaspoon of Kratom powder. For some, the positive benefits of Kratom can be achieved using less than a standard dose. For others, heavier doses are needed for equitable effects. It varies from person to person.

Please note that these are the estimations for normal delivery time. For shipping via DHL Service, there will be an additional duration of shipping (1 – 7 days) to transfer your parcel(s) to DHL’s designated distribution country. Upon reaching there, your parcel will then be sorted and shipped to your country.

• Sea Cargo: 30 – 38 days

Please note that these are the estimations for normal delivery time without problems in the custom or couriers.

Yes, we will give you the tracking number after we send your package. It will take 1-3 days after you place your order as we need to pack it, especially for orders in large amounts. You can check your tracking number on your account page and an email will be sent to you for your order status update.

Yes, we do ship to all countries. Although, for countries in which Kratom is illegal, the risk on the delivery process is handled by the buyer.

The taxes will depend on the country and we have no way to know what categories Kratom will fall under. Due to that uncertainty in each country and region, the tax fee will be the buyer’s responsibility.
