If you’d like to return a product you claimed to be defect, Please comply to the regulations below:
- Customer MUST provide an unboxing video to our representative
- Customer MUST send the defect product back to Borneohale’s address which will be provided by our representative via email
- Customer will initially cover the cost of shipment from his/her country back to Borneohale
- Should the shipment failed to reach Borneohale, the Warranty will be Void
- Should the shipment reaches Borneohale, We will fully refund / reship another new package as well as to replace the shipping fee you have covered to ship us back the package
